Do you love the theatre and would like to go for free? If so, then come and join Sutton Theatres as a volunteer.
This is an opportunity to learn about your local venues, see some great shows and support the venues in a whole host of different activities.
Sutton Theatres are looking for volunteers to join the Front of House team at the Secombe Theatre.
If you have some spare time especially during the evenings and at weekends we would love to hear from you. All you need is a passion for theatre; enjoy meeting and greeting people and a big smile to be an essential part of our stewarding team.

Work Experience
Did you know that the Secombe Theatre offers week-long work placements throughout the year?
While we cannot turn students into professional singers or dancers we do offer you the chance to gain a well-rounded understanding of how all the departments in a theatre work.?
We aim to actively engage all students in our normal working practice and this will include working on the technical aspects of a show, attending meetings, visiting different sites for marketing purposes. We cannot promise that there won’t be any photocopying but we do aim to keep it to a real minimum!
Our busiest times of the year are October to January and we especially welcome extra pairs of hands during this time.
